My goal for these week was to eat more whole wheat foods and more fruits. I am finding it more easy to accomplish my goals right now than before. I am not struggling at all. My food intake is great. What is helping me a lot is the planning of my meals. For these week I started to eat more whole wheat products such as pasta, rice, and bread. Every morning I drink a homemade fruit juice. The juice consists of one apple, one orange, and 1/2 cup of blueberries. The fruit cobination is really good. During dinner I try to eat more whole wheats.
