The behavior I chose to change is my lack of sleep during the school week. On school nights I average about two to three hours of sleep a night. My goal is to increase this by two hours. For the most part, I failed to achieve this goal excepting the one night I got five hours of sleep. My nights were consumed by the mania of midterms and late night hangouts with friends. On Tuesday I attempted to take a daytime nap but my body refused to sleep. I could not turn my mind off. I hope that next week I can achieve my goal more often.
