It was a long 8 weeks and I had a lo going on every week whether it was lack of sleep or emotional breakdowns, but throughout those 8 weeks I feel like I accomplished so much. I lost 5 pounds, which wasn’t my goal but it was still progression. I also felt like I grew as a person to, I felt like it helped me realize what I’m capable of. I set my mind on something and i accomplished it. Overall, I am very proud of my results and just of myself in general. Life is good 🙂
