So in week 5 I got a little stressed again, work became stressful because I got promoted to become a trainer which is really good but with all my schoolwork it was a little hard to handle, but I got the hang of it and everything really fell into place. I was also eating a really good balanced diet and  fairly regularly, I could have done a little better though with my sleep, I think that would have helped with the stress and exhaustion I was having. But other than that I felt really good about everything, everything just felt like it was coming into place.
