In week 4 my school load started to wear down, a little bit and I felt like I was becoming more comfortable with my new job so I wasn’t feeling as much pressure there, my main concern this week was to tackle my exercising goals, because I wasn’t doing my best job in the last 3 weeks, so I worked out 5 days this week, and 3 of those times were early in the morning before school which was something new for me, I usually pushed aside working out because I didn’t have time after school, so working out in the AM really helped me I felt accomplished and it also gave me energy throughout the day which really helped with work in the PM too 🙂
