So during week three, I was very very stressed with my everything going on in my life. School wise I felt like I had a test in almost every single class along with large loads of assignments and extra credit and all that good stuff. So with that I felt like I had no time off, I was constantly studying. Then on top of that at my new job I was working about 40 hours a week, and all late hours like till 1 in the morning so I was literally exhausted by tuesday. Although with being this busy it was hard to stay eating healthy, I did take the time to do yoga every other day for 30 min usually in the break I had between school and when I started work. It helped relax me and relieved some of the stress I was carrying.Image
