With everything going good so far and my whole mindset in touch with this assignment I decided to make a change in cereal. Cinnamon Toast Crunch and Cocoa Puffs taste great, but everyone knows they are not the healthiest. So I am going to make the change from the kinds of cereals to actually better tasting cereals such as Honey Bunches of Oats and Honey Nut Cherrios. These kinds of cereals contain more nutrients and more whole grain. By making this change I hope to start off my day better in a whole new way.
