In conclusion, I took away a lot from taking part in this 8 week behavioral change experiment. I discovered new ways to stay healthy and new habits that I can take along for the future. overall I think taking part in this experiment will change me for the better and will most likely put me in the best shape I have ever been in. I have always thought about exercise and how important that was to helping my game, but I never really paid much attention to nutrition. I just shrugged it off when in fact that is the first step you make when competing in any sport. After taking part in this behavioral change I want to change this habit as I continue forward with my life and hopefully I can reach my peak wellness.
