This week was another running week. I actually scheduled myself to jog/run five days this week plus one long paced run over the weekend of two miles. Being that it is nearing the end of semester, I did not complete the activities I scheduled for myself this week. I was bummed out as I reached the end of the week because I knew I did not do any exercising activity the whole week, but in my mind I told myself it was okay because of all the work I had to do for school. But to be honest I would really like to not use school as an excuse to not exercise anymore. I want to make this a part of my daily routine where it is not something I dread the whole week but rather something I look forward to.
