So this is my conclusion to the wellness plan behavior change exercise. It has been about eight weeks since I started to shift my eating habits toward healthy alternatives. I must say I feel as though this has been a successful attempt. Although I did not meet every goal I set out for myself, in the end I did lose weight. But that’s not the best part for me. Not only did I lose weight but I found myself picking the healthy food with out pause and I found myself working out more often. The plan has helped me to change only habits and to raise my health level.
