This week, I did it again! I didn’t drink any alcohol. I have slowly begun to leave my drinking habit in the past. Whenever I had the urge to drink, I would just think about how it would affect my health. That helped me resist my urge. Also, I thought to myself, there’s other things I can do besides drinking,such as going to the beach, eating out at a restaurant, or playing sports. I’m not saying that I’m going to completely stop drinking, but when I do, I will limit myself to only 2 or 3 drinks. This is especially important for me because since I started running every other day, I can’t afford the dehydration that the alcohol gives me.
