Week four went really well. I was visiting the gym regularly and even went on Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Usually I only go to the gym Monday,Tuesdays and Thursdays, but in week four I was able to make time for the entire week. Week five was a disaster. I didn’t go to the gym at all because I was loaded with homework and two projects. As much as I tried to keep on top of my school work, I wasn’t able to make it to the gym. I really wish I could’ve kept going all of this week because I during week four I noticed that I was able to run an entire two miles without stopping. Before I started I couldn’t even run and entire mile without having to walk.
