I hit the gym hard this week. I went running and did some core workouts. I did this more than half of the week so this week was an overall success. I saw results when I was working out. Weights that I used to struggle with are now getting easier to lift and I feel physically better. The only downside I had this week was when I ate at In’ n Out and I had a 4×4 and a single hamburger before. I ate a lot of food. It made me feel really tired and full but it was deliciousness! I feel like I worked hard enough during the week to spoil myself one night so I am okay!
