For my last and final week it was to get enough sleep every night so I am ready to take on each day with a stress free attitude.  I did a really good job at eliminating caffeine.  I would only drink two cups in the morning and gave it up after two in the afternoon.  I also stopped drinking water around six at night so I wouldn’t have to get up two or three times during the night.  There were a couple of mornings that I would wake before my alarm which felt incredible.  Last night though I had a few nightmares which kept me up and once I fell back asleep it was hard to get up.  Over all this was a really good week!!!!
