My goal for this week was to run on the treadmill for 25 minutes, do strength training exercises for 10 minutes and stretch before and after exercising for 10 minutes, for only three days now.  I changed my wellness plan to only three days of the week because I realized some of my days are full of things to do, leaving me not enough time to work out.  I found that three days out of my week are less occupied, so I decided to change it my plan to it less stressful for myself.

I exercised Tuesday to Thursday this week, and those days went really good for me.  After a nice long stretch to wake me up, my body felt good to go and was ready to put in work.
