So last week was a major problem for me, the amount of stress led to me smoking almost frantically, even after i tried to implement what i had learned from the previous weeks. However this week was a little different, even though i was stressd out, i didn’t smoke so much. Partially Because i am currently extremely sick with an infection, and partially because i feel like i’m getting used to the new stresses in finals. This is suppose to be my big test, getting through finals with little to know smoking what’so’ever. the first week of finals i failed, the second week it got a little better, let’s see what this week brings to the table. “Road to wellness” is suppose to end with me quitting smoking. There is still time to pull it off.
