Finals are around the corner and I am already feeling the stress. Going to the gym and exercising outdoors is really helping me out. I am extremely tired by the end of the day though. I am going on more walks than visiting the gym because the weather has been nice. I don’t live here during the summer, so I am trying to enjoy it while I can. I’m not going out for long periods of time like I planned to, but I am going out more in 30-45 minute sessions. I’m trying my best to make time to go out, and sometimes I force myself to go. My schedule is crazy right now with work, homework, and school, but I’m trying my best.
