The week after spring break Fry intake rose but so did fruit intake. That week fry intake only increased because i was back on campus and at the end of the day that is a main side dish. That week i had fries three of the seven days and had an apple four of the seven days while also eating a salad that week. In addition I was able to drink more water and run at the track, it was amongst the most healthy weeks ever. More importantly i felt good that week, i was a track runner in high school and i ran pretty fast and being able to run and  taking care of my body that week was a good feeling.  What i noticed to take into future weeks is that the more i ate at the Dinning commons the heather and better i was at keeping up with my goal. Also running was a good motivation to stay on track.
