My goal for week #2 is to wake up at 8am Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday- Saturday and workout.

I was successful in achieving my goal this week. On Sunday, Tuesday and Saturday I ran stadiums at the track on campus. And on Thursday and Friday I went to InShape gym in Monterey.

I enjoy varying my workouts because if I don’t I get bored and I don’t shock my body and it gets bored. My reward this week was a treat from Pinkberry. I should make this my reward for every goal!
