This week i did not eat more fries or less, nor did i eat more fruits or less. That is a good thing, i think, I measure progress in effort so  for me this week was progress. I did not go back but i did not go forward, better than going back if ya ask me. For the next couple of weeks it will get harder, i am running low on food credits, my work load is tripping everyday and i am tired. This will make the coming weeks nothing but harder, but i will do my best. I understand that my health is important and making a dent in this habbit. but i have pledged to myself to try harder.
