For this week I just stayed with my current routine. I’ve decided to keep riding my bike instead of just jogging. Especially on hot days the fresh air is great. I think I pushed myself too hard with my free weights since I was really sore the next couple of days and needed to lay off. Other than that this was a great week. I feel that from now on I’ll be sticking somewhat to my routine and be more active, though just not as guilty for not keeping up with it.
