My biggest struggle this week was with pizza. For my last week goal, i was suppose to only eat at home, and yet the convenience of pizza was one i cannot overcome. For lunch one day, i split a medium pizza and another day for lunch, i got just one slice of pizza. I could have tried a lot harder to make something else to eat at home, but since its close to the end of the semester, i will choose convenience over anything. That definitely didn’t help me reach my nutrition goal of only eating at home, but i am happy with i was able to make at home to eat for all of the past weeks. We have been making our own pizza at home, which is all organic so maybe i can cut out some of the grease at least.
