So for this weeks wellness plan mini goal I chose to give up read meats. This was fairly easy the first couple of days eating chicken, fish, and greens though towards the end of the week I was running out of options on things to eat. I’ve been so caught up with school, work, and other things going on for me right now that I did not have the time to research recipes for this week; I managed to get through the week without eating red meat but over the weekend I unfortunately gave in. I was able to get my workouts in again this week after taking last week off thankfully, according to the doctor, I did not have any serious problems from the chest pains I had last week so I was cleared to work out as normal.
