This week was all about the snacking at night. Often I stay up late and gaming I always end up eating a snack before hanging up my hat and going to sleep. While I haven’t eliminated all of my snacking this week I have substituted unhealthy snacks with granola bars. They help to keep me feeling full and provide a healthy alternatives. Eventually I would like to revisit last weeks goal as I think eating regularly will help with this problem as well.
