This week my main goal was to eat healthy and most of all eat no meat. It was a very hard week I do need to admit, but I was able to overcome my need for meat. I was able to eat a veggie burger, and I also ate a lot more fruits and vegetables. It also left some space for me to eat snacks though, which i feel I took advantage of. This week made me realize that I am capable of going a whole week without chicken and other meats and still surviving. I feel great, and at times I felt kind of weak but I think its just because of me having to finish a lot of paper. This week made me realize I am capable of doing whatever I put forth. It will surely help me in the future to continue this way.
