My week goal was to try to be in bed by 10:00. I pretty much accomplished this goal, the only night I didn’t end up going to bed on time was Tuesday and that was because I had a lot of school work to catch up on  for Wednesday. I had a full schedule for work this week, I worked all day Saturday and Sunday, and every day Monday through Friday. It was really hard to keep up with work and still finish my school work but it helped me sleep better at night because I was extremely exhausted by the end of the day. I was able to keep busy and it drained my physically. I am pretty proud of how my sleeping pattern has changed so far. I still have my bad nights but it’s much better than when I first started.
