In order for me to hit my mini goal this week, I knew I was going to have to push myself hard. It helps when you have a loving family that encourages you to meet those goals. Well, the goal that I set for myself this week was to get out and walk at least seven miles a day for five days, which I did. Not only do I feel a big difference in my cardio, but I also feel and notice an extra spring in my legs, the kind of spring I used to have back when I played a lot of basketball. I also know that if I hadn’t changed my eating habits for the better, that physically I wouldn’t be where I’m at now. I hope everyone else in class is able to meet their goals.
