Only one more week to go and I will have accomplished something that has been very helpful. This week I try to eat 300 more calories on Monday/Wednesday/Thursday and Friday. On Monday I wasn’t very succesful but on the rest of the days I was succesful. Eating more calories than what I am use to is not hard at all. In addition, bulking up on more food has also help me change my body in a good way. I feel stronger and I am  seeing a muscle growth.
