This is my last week of the Wellness plan, I am really happy of all the progress that I had made on my healthy eating. For my eight week my plan is to eat three salads and two oranges and two apples. This week the plan was really easy for me, since I am already used to eating healthy food. This week I think that I did a really good job. I accomplished the task that I propose for this week according to the plan. I feel better now that I am eating healthy. I have more energy. I am really happy with my decision of eating healthy I am going to keep this habit of eating healthy.
