This week my goal was to eat healthy snacks Monday-Saturday. I wasn’t sure if I was going to be able to do it because doing Monday-Friday was difficult. So on Monday I ate a banana and some strawberries. On Tuesday and Wednesday I didn’t have any snacks. On Thursday I had a Nature Valley Oats ‘n Honey bar. On Friday I had strawberries, apples, and cottage cheese and on Saturday I didn’t have any snacks. I’d say I did pretty good this week. My reward for this week was to buy myself a new belt, which I really need because my current belt is falling apart. I have yet to buy it yet, but I’m hoping maybe sometime this week.
