This past week I have had the support of my friends in helping me identify certain times or situations that I picked my nails. In order to continue the quest to rid myself of this habit, I have now started rewarding myself for catching the habit as I am about to start doing it. I noticed that other people rewarded themselves for progress so I figured I would add the same to my wellness plan! For the upcoming week, I plan on adding the rewards into my wellness plan for further motivation. It is a very stressful time of year, and stressful situations or thoughts mostly lead to my habit of nailpicking, so wish me luck!!
