This week I decided to run or walk 4 miles on my treadmill on T/TH/S/S at 6pm.

To me the time didn’t really matter, it’s more of a reminder to exercise.

I did well on Tues and Thursday, I also exercised on Wednesday in case I was too busy to exercise over the weekend. And that is exactly what happened; I was too busy to meet my mini goal. This weekend was extremely busy, so I skipped the run/walk. I will make it up next week. I will run every day for 30 minutes. Exercise makes me feel good and strong.
