Hello everybody, I am still catching up on my wellness blog entries.  I am just posting my blog for the week of April 9-15th.  I am getting back on track for my running after my disastrous weeks 4 & 5.  But I have had to shorten my running times back to their original thirty minutes.  I am making up for this shortening of my running time by running 3 times a week instead of 2 so hopefully I’ll be back up to a good amount of exercise very soon.  I do have to say that getting back into running has made coping with school and my personal life a lot easier than it has been for the past few weeks.  Well, I will have my next blog entry for the current week up tomorrow.  Hope you all have a good day.
