Well I should start off this post by saying that I failed. I ate three meals only twice this past week and it’s quite sad. It’s only sad because I had hoped to redeem myself from the previous week. I think the problem is that I was very busy dealing with work and prepping for a camping trip for my residents in my building which caused me to forget to eat. I’m still working on it and I know that I’ll be able to eat three meals daily in a week. I’m sure that I’ll successfully complete my Wellness Plan as it comes to an end. Good luck to you all!
