Well this post is extremely late.  During these weeks of March 26th and April 1st, I wasn’t able to keep up with my exercise plan.  I had planned to up my running time and also run on Saturday along with running on Tuesday and Thursday.  I am so behind because a close family friend had died on March 27th and I wasn’t able to keep up with my responsibilities.  This just reminds me how hard life is sometimes and how a single event can cause any plans you have to crumble.  But now I am back on my feet and am catching up on my Wellness plan.  Come look tomorrow for my Week 6 journal update.
