This week I fell into my bad habit and did my homework on the last day. Halfway in the week I had a dentist appointment to have my wisdom teeth taken out and even though I felt good the next day I did not feel like doing my homework just yet. I have noticed that sometimes if it seems like I have an opportunity to delay I procrastinate. I know at some point not doing something soon will have bad consequences but I can sometimes have my mind on other things. Seems like it really is an addiction of mine and I need to get myself to change no matter what my initial thoughts might tell me.
