As I’ve noted in previous weeks, I was really enjoying exercising 3 times a week. It was at some point in week 6 that I thought I might make this a regular facet of my life. I seem to be enjoying myself so why not exercise regularly, even after I pass this class? My lifestyle could use a little health-concious improvement. Then I began to get excited at the prospect of being a healthy individual and the idea excited me. No time like today to start building a better tomorrow!
