My goal for this week was to be in bed by eleven p.m. I did fine during the beginning of the week. I was really busy with work and I was able to fall asleep as soon as I got in bed, which was around 10 p.m. I actually woke up earlier in the morning and didn’t feel tired. It was weird waking up feeling refreshed. I actually liked waking up early for once, because I felt like I had more time in the day to get things done. I pretty much completed my goal except for the last two nights due to some personal problems. I haven’t slept in the past two nights at all because I’ve had a lot on my mind but I hope I can get over them soon and get more sleep. It was nice to have a somewhat regular sleeping schedule!
