Another week gone which means another week closer to my goal. This week was busy for me with a lot of birthday parties but I maintained most of my exercise routine. I have lost 8lbs so far which has me super happy. I signed up at in-shape gym which I am super excited for. I have a lesson with a trainer there on Monday so I hope to learn a lot from him. I can’t wait to reach my weight loss goal and actually maintain it. My diet is going pretty good too I cut most fast food out and I am drinking more water than ever before.
