Obtained from Fitness Freak LaJuicThis week went much better thanks to events that required physical activity. Over the weekend I became the person who cleaned and prepared while babysitting four children in preparation for Easter for my family. I was definitely moving non-stop throughout the weekend trying to do everything in time for Easter dinner. When I got back I focused more on the stretching exercises since it felt like the entire weekend was cardio and strength training. With everything slowly evening back out, I maintained a better equilibrium of flexibility, cardio, and strength throughout the week.

I considered lightening up my load to every day, but less each day since I had a couple bad weeks during this health and wellness plan. I will start that next week as a continuation of this one instead of adding on to this weeks exercises.
