This week in my wellness plan my goals were 3 waters each day and limited to 3 sodas.  Last week, I had a good week and met all of my goals. This week was much much more difficult.  I did not meet my goal of three waters every day.  However, I did only drink 3 sodas the entire week so I think that was pretty good.  Hopefully, next week can get better and I can go back to meeting every goal in my wellness plan.
