For this second week of my wellness plan, I was supposed to not only drink three bottles of water each day but limit my soda intake to four for the week.  I did not meet my goals this week but I did come very close.  I drank three waters every day but I had an extra soda during the week.  I found it difficult to not drink soda because I crave it way too much.  I definitely need more self-control when it comes to sugary soda.  Until next week!
