While my wellness plan was going very well, I had a slight fallback in the past week.  I ended up getting strep, so getting my daily dose of fruits in simply didn’t happen considering I couldn’t eat for about 5 days.  Although, now that I am feeling better, I am back on track with my eating.  While I was sick, I realized I may have been eating fruit, but overall I wasn’t very satisfied with my diet.  Now that I am well again, I have decided to get my full diet back on track, which is exciting.  For next week, I plan on sticking to a planned-out diet, and a slight fruits and raw food cleanse to feel a bit better.

Eating a healthy breakfast always makes healthy eating the rest of the day much easier.
