Since last week I wasn’t able to do my goal of the week like I wanted to; this week I was determine to work as hard. For this week my goal was to go to the gym. At first I do have to admit that I felt kind of lazy and I didn’t want to find time to go.  But I told myself that I can’t give up on myself and I went. I went Tuesday and Wednesday and I could say that I felt pretty good about myself. I ran in the treadmill and used the elliptical. After that I did 40 crunches and 5 sets of bicycle crunches. I felt very tired afterwards but in a good way. I didn’t go today because I wanted to rest but I do plan to go tomorrow.
