This week my goal was to reduce my chip and candy intake to one small bag a day. This went very well for me because I was able to get something else instead of my chips like carrot stick or a salad which for me was a very good alternative. This was hard because there were time where I want to go and get a bag a chips but I refrained my self and got something better for myself. So through this week I am able to control a part of my eating habits and I hope it transfers over to the next week.
