For week two of my wellness plan in which I am trying to change my diet to include more nutrition. This week was all about balance, usually in a college life style it is easy to forget about the food groups and how we should be eating often it is about what we can get and how fast. This week I tried to think about how to balance my meals while I was out shopping. I tried to plan meals like stir fry with fresh steamed vegetables and brown rice rather than just Top Ramen. Including meats in a healthy was such as baking chicken rather than going out for a burger. During next week I will be trying to include a fruit in my meals or replacing my snaking with a health fruit alternative.
