On my third week of my wellness plan I have worked hard to get through the week but unfortunaly I didn’t deeply committee to my plan. In my first few days I have been in taking food that is very healthy but as the week went by I started to take little snacks and I started to cheat little by little. Unfortunaly by the end of the week I ended u eating food that was not healthy at all from eating out to eating chips and chocolate.  I think that spring break messed my routine because all that week I didn’t really eat healthy food either and now its difficult for me to go back and eat healthy food.
