So far i have completed about half of my Wellness goals on a weekly basis. I have been  attending the club water polo practices weekly. After these practices and after these work outs i feel more motivation and i can actually fall asleep more easily at night. This is a good start to the first half of my wellness plan but i still have to increase my organizational skills. If i can increase how organized i am by completing the other half of my wellness plan, i will push myself more this next week to make sure that i can start and get the rest of my goals completed. Image
