My goal for week two was to reduce the amount of cigarettes I smoke a week. I smoke about 6 a week so my goal was to be able to only smoke 3. Progress was made.

 

For this week I am going to try to have one cigarette the whole week. Understanding that this is going to be hard I am going to try my best so that I don’t smoke that much. Reducing my nicotine intake has also resulted in withdrawal of sorts not allowing me to sleep so hopefully this week will not take such a toll on my body. Image
