I was at home for most of this past week so my tendency to stay up incredibly late was enabled by the classless mornings. On Sunday I managed to fall asleep at 12. That was the only day I met my goal. My attempt to go to sleep earlier was also impeded by my vastly increased access to a computer (my mac kicked the bucket about a month ago). My goal for next week is to fall asleep two hours artier on at least two night. Some of the nights were filled with troubled sleep. My consciousness hovered between waking and sleeping. I would wake up at 7:00 in the morning and not be able to fall back asleep until 10.
